Anybody else not getting The Weather Channel through your cable?

I admit to being a Weather Channel junkie. Today, at noon, the screen on the channel was blank, but
the add-on from the local cable provider (in my case Time Warner Cable) was running. I called
TWC and they claimed to have a report of the problem but no knowledge of what the trouble was.

I noticed during the day that on the computer the radar for my local weather map (Chapel Hill, NC)
didn't seem to coincide with the actual weather, i.e. it's raining but the map doesn't show
any precipitation.

So, at 8:30 PM I check again and still a blank screen on the channel. I call the local TWC
provider and they tell me it's a transmission problem from the station (that would be in Atlanta)
If that's the case, then nobody else should be getting the channel, either.

Can somebody check and tell me if you're getting The Weather Channel in your area? Because if you are,
it means TWC is lying to me, which wouldn't surprise me.
