*Oh, and my last night? For the next six Tuesdays, I will be taking a workshop and so I won't be reading...It should be a time of enormous growth...

Not that the previous MP3s haven't been delightful.

But I was kinda hoping, in the tradition of The X-Men and Phoenix and Dark Phoenix...



...to have a DarkCaliforniaPeggy MP3, that starts out in a Maynard G. Krebbs kinda way, maybe with her snapping her fingers, reading a little Kerouac-style free-form verse, then it slowly turns the corner into this Allen Ginsburg-slash-Richard Brautigan Texas Steel Death Cage Match of F-bomb after F-bomb after F-bomb, with the audience going wild and breaking chairs over each others' heads, maybe the cops coming in to break it up, with DarkCaliforniaPeggy taunting them to taze her, and the cops going "Just settle down lady," and DarkCaliforniaPeggy responding "DON'T CALL ME LADY," and...

...well, like I said, the MP3s have been a real treat, but they left me with this lingering feeling that there could have been...you know, MORE.
