1. Jeffrey Combs is brilliant
There is no way casual viewers would be able to tell that Brunt and Weyoun were played by the same actor.

3. Off the top of my head he was Brunt and Weyoun on DS9 and Shran on Enterprise

4. I remember watching some bonus material from the DS9 DVD's

They said something about 4 roles, but maybe they included the episode where everybody is without make-up.
