3. I get a 403-Forbidden message

when I right-click on the broken link and select "View Image" in Firefox:

You don't have permission to access /myuse/2009/images/funny/bestfunnypics/12.jpg on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

File permissions weirdness, looks like.
