I found out today that a former classmate of mine is in the crips.

We were in middle and high school together. We were not really friends but had the same classes and spoke at times. I can not say I am surprised as he could be very aggressive. Around 8th grade he started calling me fag and he was really mean. I found out because I was talking to another person I knew in HS that still talked to him at times and she told me.

1. Don't be paranoid, but do keep an eye open. Gangs are no good - at all.

The fact he started harassing you early on is particularly distressing, given this crips revelation.

Just keep well away from him.

And if you note anything unusual or think you see him, in your shoes, I would call the police. Stalking is a crime to begin with, and often for good reasons, cops don't like gangs. Then again, I'm paranoid by default...
