I loved Throwing Copper. Lightning Crashes and All Over are in heavy ipod rotation, but somehow this one slipped through the cracks. I haven't heard this since my teens. Brilliant.

3. Chumbawamba was awesome way back when.
Their early albums, long before Tubthumping, were some of the best agit-prop punk out there. Their first two, Pictures of Starving Children Sell Records, and Never Mind The Ballots, are outstanding.

Here's mine...

please do not disturb........

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9erEJmIohA

DND Now they'll leave us alone
DND Now you turn off the phone

How like you to make the whole world disappear and
How like you to make everything seem so clear and
How like you to make me want to stay forever
Here behind your door

DND Hang the sign on the door
DND Don't disturb us no more

How like you to make your love my hideaway and
How like you to make my troubles slide away and
How like you to make me want to play forever
Here behind your door

Minute I got some space and time I
Wanted to get me back in the crowd
Minute I got some peace you found me
Trying to make my way to the loud
What a clown...

DND Leave the hotel at noon
DND Will I see you soon?
How like you to make the whole world disappear and
How like you to make everything seem so clear and
How like you to make me want to stay forever
Here behind your door

DND DND
DND
Now they'll leave us alone

6. Buddy Holly - Weezer
You know... I grew up on 60's and 70's music. Hit my stride in what I liked during the late 70's and into the 80's and then.... music kind of passed my by and I stopped "getting it". I find most anything made past the late 80's to be crap, though the occasional song can be tolerable. I do like this song :D

10. You Could Be Mine Music - Guns N' Roses
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1C2dGRoaZ1A

I'm a cold heartbreaker
Fit ta burn and I'll rip your heart in two
An I'll leave you lyin' on the bed with your ass in the air
I'll be out the door before ya wake
It's nuthin' new ta you
'Cause I think *we've seen that movie too

'Cause you could be mine
But you're way out of line
With your bitch slap rappin'
And your cocaine tongue
You get nuthin' done
I said you could be mine

Now holidays come and then they go
It's nothin' new today
Collect another memory
When I come home late at night
Don't ask me where I've been
Just count your stars I'm home again

'Cause you could be mine
But you're way out of line
With your bitch slap rappin'
And your cocaine tongue
You get nuthin' done
I said you could be mine

You've gone sketchin' too many times
Why don't ya give it a rest
Why
Must you find
Another reason to cry

While you're breakin' down my back n'
I been rackin' out my brain
It don't matter how we make it
'Cause it always ends the same
You can push it for more mileage
But your flaps r' wearin' thin
And I could sleep on it 'til mornin'
But this nightmare never ends
Don't forget to call my lawyers
With ridiculous demands
An you can take the pity so far
But it's more than I can stand
'Cause this couchtrip's gettin' older
Tell me how long has it been
'Cause 5 years is forever
An you haven't grown up yet

You could be mine
But you're way out of line
With your bitch slap rappin'
And your cocaine tongue
You get nuthin' done
I said you could be mine
You should be
You could be mine

Yeah!

Automatic For The People is a 90s classic. New Adventures in Hi-Fi is also great. Monster has definite highlights. Up is an experimental success. Reveal and Around The Sun are drop-offs, but still better than many artists' albums. And Accelerate is a very nice comeback.

Since this is a 90s thread, from New Adventures In Hi-Fi:

75. Spin Doctors: Jimmy Olsen's Blues
one of the most underrated bands of the 90's

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=re7oTQnih-0

Well, I don't think I can handle this
A cloudy day in Metropolis
I think I'll talk to my analyst
I got it so bad for this little journalist
It drives me up the wall and through the roof
Lois and Clark in a telephone booth
I think I'm going out of my brain
I got it so bad for little miss Lois Lane

Lois Lane please put me in your plan
Yeah, Lois Lane you don't need no Super Man
Come on downtown and stay with me tonight
I got a pocket full of kryptonite

He's Leaping buildings in a single bound
I'm reading Shakespeare at my place downtown
Come on downtown and make love to me
I'm Jimmy Olsen not a titan, you see
He's faster than a bullet, stronger than a train
He's the one who got lucky got his cape around miss Lois Lane
I can't believe my dilemma is real
I'm competing with the man of steel

Lois Lane please put me in your plan
Yeah, Lois Lane you don't need no Super Man
Come on downtown and stay with me tonight
I got a pocket full of kryptonite

I don't think I can handle this
A cloudy day in Metropolis
I think I'll talk to my analyst
I got it so bad for this little journalist

Lois Lane please put me in your plan
Yeah, Lois Lane you don't need no Super Man
Come on downtown and stay with me tonight
I got a pocket full of kryptonite

77. and TOOL!
this was always my favorite from them:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tja6_h4lT6A

46 & 2:

My shadow's
Shedding skin and
I've been picking
Scabs again.
I'm down
Digging through
My old muscles
Looking for a clue.

I've been crawling on my belly
Clearing out what could've been.
I've been wallowing in my own confused
And insecure delusions
For a piece to cross me over
Or a word to guide me in.
I wanna feel the changes coming down.
I wanna know what I've been hiding in

My shadow. My shadow.
Change is coming through my shadow.
My shadow's
Shedding skin
I've been picking
My scabs again.

I've been crawling on my belly
Clearing out what could've been.
I've been wallowing in my own chaotic
And insecure delusions.

I wanna feel the change consume me,
Feel the outside turning in.
I wanna feel the metamorphosis and
Cleansing I've endured within

My shadow. My shadow.
Change is coming.
Now is my time.
Listen to my muscle memory.
Contemplate what I've been clinging to.
Forty-six and two ahead of me.

I choose to live and to
Grow, take and give and to
Move, learn and love and to
Cry, kill and die and to
Be paranoid and to
Lie, hate and fear and to
Do what it takes to move through.

I choose to live and to
Lie, kill and give and to
Die, learn and love and to
Do what it takes to step through.

See my shadow changing,
Stretching up and over me.
Soften this old armor.
Hoping I can clear the way
By stepping through my shadow,
Coming out the other side.
Step into the shadow.
Forty six and two are just ahead of me.
