4. Playing dead
Oftentimes - especially at my last job - when people came to my cube to talk to me, I would let my eyes go blank (but still staring at the person) and my jaw hang open and slump in my chair and quit breathing as if they had just bored me to death. I was still paying attention, but I just wanted to see if they would continue. My manager eventually learned to. One guy absolutely hated it because it freaked him out.
