Well, technically it's an iPhone, but it's all good.

Pity they just dropped prices, and I can't afford to drop trou to buy any more of them right now, but in time... the next Mac I get will be a Mac Pro. Easier to upgrade and replace the drive when the time comes. An 8 core system would be a real cruiser under Snow Leopard anyway... :D

Not that the 24" imac is a slouch; 2.93GHz dual core and 4GB of RAM, it outperformed my Vista 3.0GHz* quad core with 10k RPM hard drive in too many tests - a true embarrassment for microsoft. (Never mind I've lost more files under vista corruption (pre-SP1)... Thanks Steve Ballmer, for driving away customers! :hi: )


* overclocked to 3.6GHz (400MHz bus), which helped Vista but still felt sluggish anyway...

I can't do it, I won't run windows on my 24.

Nice to know it works for ya, though.

I'm sorry I went for the Air a while back when my boss said upgrade following a laptop drop, I'm back to using my black macbook with new screen and upped the RAM.

Next time, MacBookPro.
