4. I wish I was Irish for today!
But anyone can celebrate St. Pat's day and drink Guinness.

Happy St. Patrick's day you all.

5. A bar here is doing "progressive" beers. They started at $.25 at 6:30 am
and go up $.10 per hour until they hit two bucks.

Had I not worked a midnight shify last night, I could have been passed out by now for about $5.

Our Costco has a 15 pack of Guinness for $15! (The tall cans)
One more reason I love that store.

8. I call my very straight-laced Mic friend Amy every St. Patty's
at 7am and say "Just wanted to say Happy St. Patty's before you were too drunk." The joke is she doesn't drink at all. She'll then say "Remember, we Irish saved civilization," and I'll retort "Riiiight, 12 ounces at a time."

9. I'm planning on it!
Edited on Wed Mar-17-04 01:33 PM by Blue-Jay
I'm playing at a St Paddy's party tonight, and have already scheduled tomorrow to come in at 1:00 PM in case I need some extra "recovery" time.
