For his administration's first St Patrick's Day celebration. The Paisley family is well connected to Bob Jones University, where Bush gave an important (but unpublished) speech during his campaign.
I'm all for using the holiday to salute all things Irish--my own background includes a touch of "Scotch-Irish" along with the more recent bog-trotters.
However, I just can't imagine Reverend Paisley as a good party guest.
For someone who supposedly has a degree in History, the boy just doesn't get it, does he? I will be happy to call some of my old fishing buddies from Southie.
and I won't go anywhere NEAR Southie today, 'cause I'm convinced they can see it or smell it or something, with or without orange clothes OR green. :scared:
