I believe in the power of power naps
Seriously.

My ass was dragging this morning - couldn't think, couldn't function and nothing was kickstarting my day. Luckily for me I live 5 minutes from work. So I drove home, set my alarm clocks and snuggled up for a 30 minute nap (5 of it spent petting Evita, she wouldn't let me sleep until I gave her some attention). Thirty minutes later I am ready to take on the world.

Power Naps RAWK!!!

7. I so agree...
I used to have an office with a previous employer, but with a company change have been relegated back to the cubicle world. I miss having a door I can close to catch a 30-45 minute power nap at lunch.
