3. Indeed I do.

I lived in The City, then over in Oakland, nearly a quarter-century ago. (Ouch.) When I went up to SF last Saturday (!), I hit it just right: got there at 1 when the fog was just burning off, then left at 4 when it was rolling in again. And this was in the relatively sunny Mission! As for transit, I can draw you maps of transit in most North American cities, if you'd like. (It's a trait. :-) )
