How often to write a post and not post it?

2 times for me this hour. Just not sure how it would be taken.

I was going write, if Kim Jong Il, were to fly to Iran and secure the release
of the 3 hikers would be a step forward and throw the world into a dizzying
state of confusion. But I thought it would be considered a slight against
Bill Clinton. Which It was never meant to be. So I didn't post it in the subject line.
Anyone else have this problem? Not wanting to be a lightning bolt for criticism when you
just wanted to have fun and share with DU? I hesitate to post but here goes.
