1. Fresh lime juice?

I like cod best.

When it's fresh, there's nothing better. Ever fix marinated onions and carrots with it? Just do thinly-sliced red onions and thinly-sliced carrots in a red wine vinegar marinade - you have to work the onions with your fingers to break them down a bit, allow the marinade to penetrate.

That's my favorite................................

2. Oh yes, I squeezed it myself...
I made it with minced red onions and cilantro i am growing on my back porch.

no vinegar though, I've never quite liked it like that.

growing up in Peru. The town I lived in had a small local fishing fleet and the corvina was fresh off the boats at four in the afternoon.

I prefer it Peruvian style...corvina, aji, red onions and lime/limon served with a side of sweet potatoe and cold corn.

I also like it with chopped cucumber but generally like it traditional.

on edit: forgot the culantro

7. Yes. But
I make mine with Key Lime juice, which is more tart. For those of you up north - if you like Key Limes, but can't find them fresh, go to a Latin American grocery, and ask for limones. Same thing. Also called Mexican limes in some places.

9. Love it
I don't make it often but there is a very good Latin restaurant near by that makes three different types.
When we took a trip to Costa Rica we had it almost everyday.
