Poll question: Did you think 'Sausalito Summernight' was by the Steve Miller Band?

A truly awesome rock-radio song great for driving... but I just read that it is often mistakenly thought of as a Steve Miller Band song. It was actually the Dutch band "Diesel" that had a hit with it in the U.S. in 1981.

...or at least the song title. But after listening to it, I can tell you I'd never heard the actual song before tonight.

2. Well it was a minor radio hit about 28 years ago.

So it's pretty much forgotten by now.
