They lost me when they started running the commercials for OnlineBootyCall.com at 5:00 in the afternoon, during Pirates of the Caribbean and other family shows.

Have you seen those? The basic gist: committed relationships are for boring losers. Join the cool kids and fuck fuck fuck.

3. I've seen those ads

and wondered just how shallow one has to be to even call in. Syffy should run a PSA after each and every one of those ads about AIDS prevention ;)

5. Yeah, It's Kind of Stunning

I don't mean to be prudish or anything. Sure, they exist and I don't mind they have that right, but I have a real problem seeing commercial messages in my face promoting the idea that everything that anyone who ever truly cared about me and others tried to get across about intimate relationships is wrong, and doing so for the sake of a buck.

4. Be sure to watch out for the cool Reaver ship

from the pilot episode when it makes a "cameo" appearance in the movie.

6. I have all of the Firefly episodes and Serenity on dvd, as well as Serenity on BlueRay.

I'll have to give them a watch again this weekend, maybe have a marathon. I have a front projector so I can watch them on the Big screen.
