1. That could be ruled homicide in the public interest.
If someone whacked the weedwhacker.

3. All is quiet now.
He's become our alarm clock and usually begins making noise around 4:30am.

4. Forty-thirty?!
Do you mean that he heads for the lawnmower and other noise-making devices at such an ungodly hour? :grr:

6. No, he begins slamming his truck doors/tail gate several times.
I don't know if he stores stuff in his truck or if he's taking his dogs in or out of his truck(they have 6) but he's in and out of it over and over and doesn't just close the doors or tail gate he slams them. So we usually wake up to bam, pause, bam, pause, repeat a few more times.

It's really quiet out here at night and early morning and even with noisy window AC's running he still wakes us up. We have several neighbors that leave or come home at various early hours and we very seldom hear them, just this guy, like clockwork.

5. You have my sympathies. We have a neighbor who likes to weedwhack before 9:00 a.m.
on Saturday mornings. And we have yet another neighbor who likes to run his table saw after 10:00 p.m. on any day. :(

7. I hate the weekend early birds too. I really hate the seasonal run out the gas
in the lawnmower/snowblower/tiller thing too. That same neighbor always begins it early and it goes for hours, but at least that's only a few times a year.

About the only late night thing we hear is when it snows. We can always count on another neighbor who has to rev the snowmobiles over and over in his garage.

8. And that is why the term 'justifiable homicide' was coined.

9. I could almost see 8:30 , but that's extreme

The people who wait until exactly 9 am on weekends are a bit of a pain, too.
