And how could they possibly "close" it? Build a 50-foot by 300-foot wall at each end? And building walls on 2 trails? Not bloody likely.
Nudity is no longer legal, but that is rarely enforced, so nudity is common, at least in one area of it.

5. Well nudity hasn't been legal there for many years,
though they don't really enforce it. I guess they will enforce it only if there is a complaint filed. There is still plenty of nudity to be seen there. Last year San Onofre State Beach made nudity illegal there, it had been sort-of legal for years, at least it wasn't enforced at the south end of it. But now that is closed to nudity and I guess they enforce it there.
