4. Thanx,
I would except I don't want all the headaches of running a business. This is my hobby. I love doing it and sharing it with other people, especially my husband. :hi:

7. Depends on what I'm getting.
I have 7 pizza joints within 10 minutes of me (walking time), and they each do certain things well. One place makes a great lasagna, another makes great pizza, etc. If I have to pick one though it would be Parkhill Pizza. :9

13. What area?
Pizza Paradiso in georgetown is my favorite
Riciutis in Olney is very good and so is Jullianos in Laytonsville
Mama Lucia's is all around this area.
Mia's in Bethesda is excellent pizza, not as good as Pizza Paradiso, but I like it better than Two Amy's
Corner Slice in Bethesda makes a good NYC style
I do like Ledo's but I wouldn't say they are the best around by a long shot.

23. Crust is very good
Far better than Two Amy's, which I think is bland. i love the bortarga and egg pizza.
I have heard that the Dupont Paradiso location is not as good, but have never been there. The one in Georgetown has such a good beer bar downstairs that it's worth the extra travel for me.

Have liked Armands in the past. Heard about a place in MD suburbs a while ago. Sorry I don't have anything to offer, unless you're in MD, in which case, I'll check out the one I've heard of.

Found it! Ellicott City.

I'll check them out this weekend. Thought I would have to drive to Philly to find any place with a coal fired oven.

25. Amen to that -
I've loved Ledo's since 1975. A lot of people claim they're too sweet or the crust isn't crisp enough, but I LOVE their pies.....

27. Um, er, ah... Papa John's.
Of course, "my area" is defined by a few blocks' walking distance. Did it last night, in fact -- only to find that one of the damned pesky misty showers had come up the minute I went downstairs! :grr: :banghead: :argh:
