5. Huh! I never knew about that.
I like the chalky look of the paint on my car. Nobody wants to break into it or steal it. I hear some people wash their cars, too. I don't get that. Doesn't it rain?

But, hey...I'll look into that product you're featuring this weekend. Looks expensive.

7. How can I get in on that program?
I'm looking for something to do to make a little cash. I've heard about posting product links and getting paid for click-throughs. How well does that work?

9. We live in an age called 'the relationship era', That means
we promote things for free, right down to even wearing shirts with big company logos plastered on them.

Just don't look at the shirts too long, especially if women are wearing them... they'll forget they're a walking billboard and think you're staring at her b00biez...

10. twice a year
once at the beginning of the rainless season, and once at the beginning of the rainy season.*

i also garage my car. yeah, i know, i'm lucky i can do it, but for as long as i've owned it i've only worked one place where i had to park outdoors.

it's almost 8 years old, has 111K+ miles on it, and looks great. (also runs great but the waxing has nothing to do with that :-) )

*actually i don't wax it, i get it waxed by the auto wash and detail service that comes to my work once a week. i drop it off in the AM and it's done by the end of the day. they do a much better job than i would.

12. How long it lasts depends on what elements it's exposed to and what kind of wax you use
Natural waxes (carnauba) last the least longest. Polymer and acrylic waxes can last much longer. I prefer acrylic waxes. My car is garaged both at home and at work and I can easily get 1 year between waxes.

15. Seconded.
With our climate, I've done everything - including undercoating, as vouched for by a government friend I know who works in the transportation department.

If this were Arizona, those undercoatings would certainly be a scam... not here, however.

Come autumn, I'll get Meguir's anti-scratch polish as well. By then I'll have a few scratches... I've a couple now, but only because of sunlight reflection - black shows everything, and even new cars will have something somewhere...

16. Wax poetic?
I sit on my car
Staring uncomprehendingly afar
Hard top buffed to the sheen of glass
My corduroy goes with the flow
And I slide right off onto my ass
