2. If Woody Allen has a top ten list of his moments of genius...
...his reworked, dubbed Japanese James Bond ripoff...which became "What's Up, Tiger Lily?"...and its pivotal plot point of the "recipe for the world's greatest egg salad" is on that list.

3. Wow, I had the Egg Filled Tortilla Cups…
At a small B&B in Durango. He used green chili too, but I am sure that is the same recipe otherwise.

Ingredients
4 eggs 4

½ cup creamy fat free cottage cheese 125 mL

½ tsp each dry mustard and chili powder 2 mL

Freshly ground pepper, to taste

2 tbsp each chopped green onions, celery and red pepper 30 mL

Cooking spray

4 small flour tortillas*

BEAT eggs with cottage cheese, dry mustard, chili powder and pepper. STIR in green onions, celery and red pepper. Set aside. SPRAY 4 ramekins (1/2 cup/125 mL) with cooking spray. PLACE one tortilla in each ramequin, pressing to fit. POUR an equal amount of egg mixture into each tortilla cup. BAKE in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until eggs are set. LET STAND for 5 minutes and serve.

4. Good find. I bookmarked that website.
I am always looking for quick morning food, plus I love eggs for just about any meal--thus this site was a big hit with me! Well done!
