He's a former child star, too--a lot of them had lives that fell apart once they reached adulthood.

12. Mozart. He didn't die at the bottom of the spiral, as common belief suggests he did.
He was on his way back up from the bottom when he died.

13. Shirley Temple
(unless you count her becoming Republican )

But with her childhood, I would have expected her to have killed herself by age 30.

21. Good example!
Poor Shirley found herself washed up at the age of 11 or 12 after being Princess of the Movies for most of her life. That's enough to drive anyone to a downward spiral.

16. George W. Bush
He's been a consistent shit his entire life.

You can throw The Dick Cheney in with him, too.

When your entire life is spent at the bottom, there is no spiral to ride down.

Reba McIntyre
George Jones
Billy Joel
Bruce Springsteen
Caroline Kennedy
Queen Elizabeth II

Actually, there are a lot of them. It's just that the ones that burn and crash at a young age are considered 'tragedies' and get more publicity.

You can't really go on a downward spiral if you start at the bottom.
