1. Both ............
But, not that "delicious" appears twice, so "delicious" wins!

2. A neighbor of mine has this recipe....he just calls it veal in sour cream
and...that's pretty much it! He lightly browns the veal and simmers it in sour cream ( and something else, I'm sure ) Man, that stuff is HEAVEN on a fucking plate

4. I won't touch it. And I like beef
http://www.noveal.org/
Calves raised for veal are taken from their mothers immediately after birth and raised so as to deliberately induce borderline anemia. Calves are then denied basic needs, including access to their mother's milk, access to pasture and exercise and often prohibited from any movement at all in order to produce the pale-colored flesh for which veal is coveted.

Calves confined in veal crates, usually measuring 2-feet-wide, cannot turn around, stretch their limbs, or even lie down comfortably. Scientific research indicates that calves confined in crates experience "chronic stress" and require approximately five times more medication than calves living in more spacious conditions. It is not surprising, then, that veal is among the most likely meat to contain illegal drug residues, which pose a threat to human consumers. Researchers also report that veal calves exhibit abnormal coping behaviors associated with frustration including head tossing and shaking, kicking, scratching, and stereotypical chewing behavior. Confined calves experience leg and joint disorders and an impaired ability to walk.

21. I never knew all of that.
But, I have never had veal myself.

It is sad conditions like this are legal.

No one seems to get upset over baby carrots and miniature ears of corn.

12. I wonder if cannibals have the same ethical culinary preferences,
or if it doesn't matter how the Homo sapiens are kept, caught, raised or dispatched? Might baby humans be a delicacy? Do they taste like chicken? (I hope nobody here can answer that question.)

19. TORTURED FLESH! Nothing less.
I ate it when I was a kid because I didn't know any better. I stopped as soon as I found out how they torture the calves. I'm sorry, but it is sick and perverted to eat something when you are aware of the pain and suffering inflicted on the creature to create it. Shame on you.

20. The most delicious meat there is, and it makes me sad I can no longer eat it.
Being as my favorite meal is veal flambé, then smothered in a white wine cream sauce with mild mushrooms.

(A meal served in the restaurant my father owned when I was little. God it was yummy)

22. Veal schnitzel?
I used to find it delicious, but just can't anymore. The sauce and mushrooms is delicious on veggie schnitzel. Here's what I use:

25. Sort of like a schnitzel, but not breaded.
Though I LOVED schnitzel as a kid too. I preferred lemon on my schnitzel.

Veggie schnitzel? If it's good, I'm jealous. x(
Nothing like that available here in Maine.

Hell, if you said schnitzel here someone would say gesundheit.
