3. My dear Aristus...
Your dad was one of a kind...

To have had a son as good as you...

To his memory!:toast:

4. You are lucky to have spent time with him when you were both adults.
He was 47 when I was born, the last of four kids. I moved across the country when I got out of high school, and my dad died nine years later.
I would have liked to have had more time living near him, to relate to him when I was no longer a somewhat rebellious teenager. We liked to be subtly goofy, and appreciated each other's sense of humor... I think about him whenever I hear a pun or play-on-words that he'd enjoy.

7. Thank you, Aristus
Thank you for sharing your father with us....
I think the first Father's Day may be the hardest:hug:
Yet they are all difficult....

A heartfelt tribute to a beautiful man from his beautiful son...

peace~

11. I was going to ask if that was Randolph.
That was my dad's last posting, and he and mom still live in the area. I grew up near Randolph from the age of 12 on.

13. Ah. No wonder he was a class act.
Some zoom rubbed off on him.
