Where is Taverner (sp) when I need him? It is unfiltered so some of the yeast or whatever is in the bottom of the bottle, supposed to swirl the bottle around after about half empty to get all the goodies in your glass? Something like that, I drink a lot of beer, but don't know the technicalities, I just know there are unfiltered wheats.
