Do you have any albums where the sole purpose is to relax and unwind?
I would count my Lifescapes albums, a couple of which are called "Unwind" and "Dream."

Actually, a lot of aggressive music helps me relax and unwind, but you added the qualifier "sole purpose". :)

One of the greatest jazz albums ever recorded...PERIOD...especially the title track. From mid-2008 until just recently, my life has been "Stress Central." This is one of the albums that got me through it all.
