And I'm normally not a sad person but today just have serious case of the blues.

This too shall pass!

4. That's what I'm hoping - we can write 6/16/09 off as a shitty day
fortunately I don't have too many of those in my lifetime.

Perhaps I'll get one of those yummy cookies from the cafeteria. There is no better way to get over feeling sad than a yummy cookie!

12. I am sorry to hear that you are having a rough time of it. *hugs* Hang in there! I tend to
have to remind myself that yes the cycle will move on and the chemistry will change. Wish I could stop cycling altogether, but I am not sure if that can really be done.

13. thanks!
This latest episode is due to me going off one of my meds, per doc's orders, in March. Turns out I shouldn't have done that. Unfortunately, a lot of other crap got screwed up because of it (work, friendships, lost relationship). I really do not like this disease. :grr:

17. I "fell off" of my tegretol and wellbutrin a week ago due to the script running out and not being
able to pick up the new ones on time. Not a great plan but I can survive it. It's the Lamictal that I must never, ever screw with.

7. I think we all do. When I'm feeling that way, I just go over and post in the sports
forum. I can normally stir something or someone up over there!

:)

16. Completely
Like 2 months ago, I had a 12 hour depression spell. No reason for it. Talking about it on here actually helped quite a bit. By 8 pm that night, I felt completely normal.
