i'm really torn about something

i was wondering if i should get the $40 or $60 tix to see Peter Framptoon at delta downs in vinton, la or if i should just wait to win them off the local oldies radio station.

two or so weeks ago, i won reo speedwagon/styx/38 special tix (triple bill at the woodlands).

last year i won neil diamond tickets.
