OK so we got my kid the Madagascar movies for his birthday, and NOW...

7. My nephew LOVED "Home Alone" when he wa a toddler
It MESMERIZED him. My sister went through several tapes (this was back in the VHS days -- he's almost 19). They visited over Christmas, and I must have watched that damned movie 30 times in a weekend.

9. Yeah I must have seen the Madagascars
about 30 times since last month. And I'm sure I hold the record for the most times a grown man has seen Cars. :D

6. when my daughter was little Muppet's Treasure island was her favorite 10 times a day fix
my husband and i still can do all the dialog and sing all the songs 12 years later.

i still love that movie but she no longer has interest in it---boo.

5. That's funny, but weird to me at the same time
I've been up to Montreal before when I was working for a trucking company that did a lot of Canadian work. I ran across someone up there that didn't speak english. She was a grown woman. That struck me as strange in a country like Canada. I knew they had 2 national languages, but I thought everyone would know how to speak english. Maybe that's ethnocentric of me.

8. French and English are the two official languages of Canada,
But there are many people who only speak one of them. On the other hand, there are many, like me, who speak both.
