Anyone watch "The Goode Family" last night?

I thought it was funny - like a Liberal California version of the Hill Family.

"It's OK son - what matters is you feel guilty about it."

1. I missed it
The commercials for it looked funny. I wonder if I can catch the episode online.

2. It had its moments, like
when the mother had no reusable grocery bags with her and no cash left to buy the store's $10/piece bags.

3. I saw a preview and it looked hysterical, but I missed it. What network?
Right now, we don't get Fox or ABC, or NBC regular network programming on our primary tv. We are waiting for the "okay" from the networks to add it (HD channels) to our DirecTV package.

4. I expected it to be a lot funnier.
I also don't expect it to last. I don't see how they're going to keep the uber environmentalist/vegan/tree hugger jokes going before it's just boring.

The homicidal vegan dog bit was damn funny though.

6. Well remember the 1st season of King of the Hill
many jokes were on how "wacky those Texans are!"

Granted, they are wacky...

I will probably continue to watch , although King of the Hill got pretty annoying after a while so this might.

I liked the dog!

7. I just watched it, and was it supposed to be a comedy?
It seemed like a documentary to me.

True story: I was telling a friend of a friend how you can re-use Snapple bottles to make iced tea. You take the used bottle, rinse it out, put a tea bag in it, fill it with boiling water, put the lid back on, flip it upside-down so the top of the bottle is sterile, and stick it in the fridge for the next day. Perfect, right?

This fucker actually had the NERVE to say to me that I shouldn't put hot things in the fridge, and it's better to wait until they cool down. :banghead:
