Maybe I was just listening to too much Supertramp. Maybe it was the great workout I had at the gym last night. Maybe it's the fact that I lost another 2 pounds. Or maybe it was that great long bubble bath that I had last night.

But I'm damn happy - I'm hoping it's contagious to everyone here at DU

I am deeply upset by the bombings in Madrid. There are personal reasons I won't delve into, but what happens there hits me as hard as anything that happens here.

15. Ahh, spread the happiness! I have had this feeling that I am standing
