Unhealthy for sensitives-air pollution
After going thru a couple days of triple digit weather(100 degrees +)it has now cooled down to mid 80s, it SHOULD be nice for me, but I am one of those 'sensitives'.

This means that both yesterday & today I have felt motion sick with a nasty headache, almost exactly like a 'heat headache', I feel dizzy & have to catch hold of something when I do something extreme like turn a corner to walk into a room from the hall. I feel out of breath & my heart beats hard but it is ONLY because of the damnably polluted air. Not even inhalers can help except to stop those coughing fits that suddenly happen & feel like a pin has been pushed into my throat. THAT is what it means when it says "unhealthy for sensitives"-for me, for the very young, for the elderly, for anyone vulnerable to it. I feel like buying a 19th Century "fainting couch".
