Busted by a minister (well that;s the highlight)

Man, I had to go see these "katimavik participants" For those of you who don't know, Katimavik is a program set up by the Canadian government. It is open to people aged 19-25, they go around the country for nine months, living in three different regions three months at a time. They do volunteer work and such. The aim is to have them experience Canada through the program.

Anyway, I met them today. They all seem like pretty cool cats. But one thing...they aren't allowed to DRINK, or have RELATIONS! They can get kicked out if they do. Now, it's sponsored by the Canadian government. SO I can't figure out why the two national pastimes aren't allowed...you'd think it was Christians running it.

When I was 20 I did a summer language bursary. All we DID was drink and screw around.

Anyway, this sucks cause a couple of them were kind of cute, but looks like I got no chance now seeing as how they aren't allowed to "have relations." Dang it! They were the only girls in this town!

Oh well, back to the drawing board. I told them if they wanna sneak a beer to come by my office.

ALso, I'm sure the local minister caught me checking out one of them (the caboose section) snicker!
