$7500 Bucks??
New Roof and Chimney,New 110 and 220 Electric systems,City water,Sewer and a Well (No septic tank to deal with) 3/4 Acre (Two full city lots) over thirty new fruit trees around the fence as well as an mature apricot tree out front of the cabin.not onlydoes the fence surround the entire property,but was designed to contain big,active Rotties,Dog pen with Critter Condo,LOTSA Shade!
Yes the inside needs to be gone thru (Tile,Paint,ect and it needs a new water heater) but for the price of a used car....Oh I'm So Gonna Buy This!!!!!!

1. Here in Tampa, the roof alone is worth that.
The dirt (3/4) acre would be worth $50k. Don't know what the market where you is, but I'd buy that for $7500.

I'd probably buy it. If that's asbestos, it's going to cost a small fortune to get it out of there.

Just the lot would be hundreds of thousands here!

4. Its out in the Country a ways...
The nearest real grocery store is 24 miles away, but even for Eastern Kansas (Virgil Ks-Pop 63,Really!) its quite the bargain.

No Mortgage,No Payments,No Banksters in my life ever!!! BOA and AIG can kiss my...!!!!

10. Hell yes!
Put supports under that new roof, rip out what's underneath and frame in something nice. Maybe even just removing the asbestos shingles would do it without tearing anything else out.

Jesus, the roof alone is worth that.

Jump on it. Even if the house was falling apart it's still a HOUSE!!!
BTW 7,500 is about 1% of the low end home value in this neck of the woods.
