2. I don't use my home phone for anything but the security system and satellite tv updates.
I use my cell phone otherwise.

I frequently get irritated by the many incoming calls that I don't want to get. I have no qualms about ignoring those.

There are certain people, though, who could call me at any time and I would be glad to get the call.

3. I used to have a friend that used to call me 3-5 times a day
and talk anywhere from a half hour to 45 minutes at a clip. I got caller ID and quit taking his calls. He RUINED my phone because he would call and let the phone ring and ring..had caller ID but not voicemail

Now I only talk to him once every other month..which is much nicer.

4. I have the ringer off, I don't even know it rings.
I screen all my calls and rarely answer it.

If someone calls my cell and I don't want to talk, I just shut the ringer off.

I hate the phone, but it isn't a problem for me.
