How would you rather go? Drinking yourself to death, Morphine OD or Cocaine OD?

Morphine is a different story altogether - but it can have its downside too...nothing like going into shock.

Cocaine, well, that just sounds fucking painful.

If I knew for certain I was going to die soon of something slow and painful, but I'd pick the morphine. Liver failure takes too long and hurts too much.

Of course, I'd probably choke on vomit like Jimi Hendrix, but then I'd be unconscious. Helluva mess for the medical examiner, but not nearly as untidy as blowing one's brains out.

seems like it would be perfectly pleasant way to die. Like, maybe we should have been equipped with something like a "deathbladder" that would release a lethal dose of morphine when all the wrong lights in our brain start flashing. God could have easily provided us with that.

I don't know what cocaine overdose does. Maybe you just claw at your face until you rip your brains out, I don't know, but it can't be a good death. And drinking yourself to death seems like death from massive loss of dignity, no thanks. Drunks are usually a drag and I can't imagine how annoying it would be putting up with one that was near death.x(
