But I think she basically has a connective tissue “bra” under her skin. Something that comes from her shoulder area to support the weight. That is really awful. She has essence chosen to become disfigured. and that does pose a dilemma. It's her body and she's not bothering or hurting anyone else by doing this. My problem is with the general nuttiness, in my mind, that has made this an option to consider. Also I have a problem with surgeons willing to distort someone's body with gallon sized implants. Like the doctor in the video, how many more quarts until he finally says, "No, I won't do this to you."?

Probably because breast size isn't a priority with me I find breast implants, especially large ones, to be odd. I had a relationship with a girl who had large breasts and another with a girl who had no breasts at all, just nipples. Fine. Either way. I just don't care. Maybe I'm odd myself in that breast size is probably the last thing I consider when "sizing-up" a woman's body. Nothing at all wrong with guys who think otherwise, I understand different preferences, but I don't at all get the appeal of big implants.

As for Maxi Mounds' sanity, I don't know either. My totally uniformed guess is that she's probably perfectly sane and this is just a relatively easy way for her to make very good money. I couldn't argue with her over that. If I was in her shoes I might consider doing the same thing myself.

One last thing and I'll shut-up. I don't think ALL implants are necessarily bad. If it takes a normally sized implant to give, or restore, a woman confidence and self-esteem, then do it, even though it's unfortunate that such a remedy be the solution.
