24. You probably don't *need* to add a whole lot
unless you're having issues. It's better and healthier to get it from food. Some good suggestions from folks downthread. Personally, I like it raw: apples, spinach, oranges. Bananas and carrots are a good source, but yuck.

Also nuts like peanuts, cashews and almonds. All good.

19. Yes beans or legumbes, like kidney beans, pinto beans. I think nuts are also
a great idea.

Some refried beans, in my experience, help too.

There are some supplements you can add to your diet that will really move things along.

21. Go to the grocery store, buy either the Brownberry or the Orowheat
(whichever brand name - they are the same company, but out here in CA it is Orowheat, and in MN it was Brownberry)

They have a very good multi grain bread that has 5 or 6 grams of fiber per slice.

So it's all looking and guessing.

57. I had a German housemate when I was in grad school, and she used to eat
breads that were thick as bricks, and full of grains. I can't believe those don't have enough fiber!

Are you anywhere near where they found the Venus figurine? That looked like a really cool find.

Whole fruit. Nuts have more fiber than chips. Whole foods more than processed foods. Metamucil is an old stand by, buy the generic brand.
