That question has been weighing on my mind for several weeks now.

1. DON'T DO DRUGS
Because I believe the consumptions of large quantities of drugs will make you create shitty songs like "Stairway to Heaven"

2. Yes but drugs also produce
Albums like "The Dark Side of the Moon". So I don't think you can blame drugs for songs you don't like..:eyes:

6. Understandable.....
....I often find that the best known song of a band's collection is often not the most favorite of the fans of that band.

For example, I am a fan of Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, and (of course) the Smashing Pumpkins. Yet I don't care much for Creep, Closer, and Bullet With Butterfly Wings, respectively. Just overplayed in my opinion, and the non-fans always seem to identify those bands with those particular songs when there are actually a lot better songs they've done.

7. It's Plant's "Piano Man"
but @ least it was pretty before it got earwigged-to-hell. "PM" sucked from inception.

Joel's only redeeming contribution was "New York State of Mind".

3. Oh, that's really simple.
When you have a really cool piece of guitar work and want to put some lyrics behind it, just think "what will chicks want to slow dance or make love to" and put those words into it.
