What is a penismonger?

It seems like this term would be used to refer to either a gigolo or someone selling penises. I guess for eating. Don't people eat penis in some countries?

Monger, meaning someone that barters a commodity, tries to convince someone to be interested in his goods. Not a "sale" like a gigolo, but like the typical teenage horndog male trying to get women interested in his "commodity" through various enticements, ie taking her out to movies, dinners, etc.

I suppose it's more likely used as a synonym for 'gigolo'... at least here... since not many Americans eat penis.

And really I doubt any purveyors of meat products would specialize in penises... so... I guess that settles it!
