How do I get rid of a gopher/chipmunk?

It's digging holes in my garden

And that sucks


Any way I can just make it late for something - and then ship him/her off?

But seriously, I thought I saw something at Lowe's that was a non-poisonous gopher repellent, but can't seem to find that online. However, found this: http://www.planetnatural.com/site/mole-gopher-repellent.html Sounds non-toxic at least.
