Women without children: are you wished "happy mothers' day?"
Seems it's become a generic greeting, like "merry Christmas."

2. Yes, sometimes
I've been wished happy Mother's Day.

Sometimes it bothers me; other times it doesn't. Just depends on what my feelings are that day. I am ambivalent about it, to be honest. Sometimes I accept in the spirit in which it was intended and other times, it irks me because, to that person I can't be anything else but a mother.

3. Nope.
But pretty much the people I interact with know that I'm not a mother, and that I don't wish to be...

5. How about just a Female Day?
Shouldn't we have a Day Day to celebrate how we have so many Days for things?

Better yet, lets just get rid of all these Days. I know, I know, that would be interrupting commerce.

8. I think people just mean it as a generic thing to not leave someone
out. I don't think anyone means anything by it.
