You're right, it wasn't a long trip at all. We were only there 4 days. Hey, you know me, I'll spend any amount of time in Hawaii I can get! :-)

I might post pics later. Still thinking it over. They aren't very good & since we hiked to a couple of places, & I didn't take my good camera, the pics with my iphone didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped.

Koa is the area at the south end of Kona.
