3. Is it actually banned? I remember that a friend's stepdad was stationed in Germany and grew a...

hitler mustache to antagonize the locals. This was in the 1980's and not even the military did anything with him because the regulations on mustaches had to do with dimensions and the stache was ok with those specs.
