2. Boylan's Diet Birch Beer.
Okay, it's not real beer, but the commercial is priceless.

4. Ethanol has calories

Ethanol has about 7 calories per gram. True diet beer would need to be non alcoholic.

9. They have. That was the original intention behind "light" beer.
Also the MGD 64 is a "diet" beer.

12. "Lite" beer- otherwise known (back in the day) as
"baby beer" because at 3.2% it was legal to sell to the 18-and-over crowd (at least in Ohio).

It was nasty then and it's still nasty, no matter what you call it. I've never seen so many people so thoroughly suckered by an existing product where they simply renamed it and started advertising it.

17. I dunno, why can't they invent beer that doesn't taste like horse piss?
And to beat you smartasses to the punch, NO I've never drank horse piss but if I had to guess, it probably tastes like BEER (so neener, neener) It pisses me off too because I hate beer and mixed drinks are frickin' expensive dammit!

19. There's plenty of beer out there that doesn't taste like piss.
If you're just going on Bud, Miller, and Coors, then yeah you can use that as a judgement. But seriously, there's way better beer out there. For instance there's a local brewery where I live called Bootlegger's that makes a tasty stout called Black Phoenix and its brewed with coffee and chipotle peppers. It sounds weird but once you try its so good.

You could also try some of the darker Belgian beers like Karmelict, Kasteel, or St. Bernardus, those are fuckin' tasty as well.
