What does Kerry's remark have to do with debates?

Even if we leave aside the demonstrated fact that they are all liars, how does Kerry's pointing that out mean no debates should be held?

Are they saying if Kerry points out they lie, he might also point out that TX executes innocent people and Bush doesn't care?

Or that every day, due to Bush's lies, more Iraqis and US soldiers die?

Not to mention how he ran and hid on 9-11. I love the meme that Clinton got to NY from Australia quicker than Bush got there from FL.
