3. How about grilled salmon and brocolli with hollandaise sauce
Yummy, add some new potatoes, serve strawberries w/cream for dessert.

You gotta have the onions and the peppers... Think chicken fajittas but not grilled.

Have you never had chicken fajittas? You gotta slice the onions and peppers long. It is part of the experience. Then you layer on some sour cream and guacamole on a flour totilla and go to town!

25. well, yes I am, but that's not related to fajitas :)
adding the sour cream helps. Just not an onion-&-peppers fan, I guess. They have to be accompanied by something that balances it out, like SC or guac :)

I like to smere refried bean on the tortilla too. But I can't really buy refireds in a serving for one. My hubby doesn't dig on legumes.

I live alone, and I can't get refrieds unless I plan ahead and don't eat for a few days first :)

They would be the flakes. My hubby doesn't like mashed potatoes so I used the flakes to make them for me and my son.

And then I dump an entire bottle of Kikkoman Teriyaki baste and glaze on it. I go heavy on the water chestnuts and snow peas.

29. I thought you're supposed to put the sesame oil in at the end
since it burns as a lower temperature? We always use corn or olive oil to stir fry. Then add sSesame oil as a flavoring when it's done.

So I cook the chicken in it first for the flavor.

34. Just put it in the oven.
I peeled and cut the potatoes, and put them on to boil, too. Now I have to chop the cabbage for slaw. UGH! A man's work is never done! :P
