32. Bart would give you the red-ass for that
Chinaco in a margarita? You're supposed to drink that neat! Forty bucks a fifth and you're using it in pansy foo-foo drinks. What's gotten into these kids?

Find a tequila somewhere between Cuervo and Chinaco in quality; that's what Bart would use in a margarita.

13. Too bad mead is not widely commercially available.
But I've got 21 gallons of it fermenting at home, and plan to make another 45 gallons before the year is over.

The first of it should be ready to drink next March.

(And if you ever are in Houston, you'll have to stop by for some!)

I'll have it in either the traditional Grape, or the somewhat newer Peaches'n'Cream, or the new Blue Raspberry (looks just like antifreeze).

26. Aroma's the problem
My sniffer doesn't sniff all that well, so I don't really enjoy that part so much. On the other hand, I prefer the taste of scotch chilled, but they tend not to keep their bottles cold. Call me crazy - but that's what I prefer.

Don't give me that crap Jose Cheap Cuervo Tequila, there is a difference!! And when you get a fine upscale Tequila like Don Patron or my signature tequila Herradura, you can actually sip and enjoy it like a good snifter of brandy!
