My Republican neighbor asked me if I would help him pull his pontoon boat out of the water today

I said sure, when do you want to do it? He said "Oh, anytime is OK." I said good how about this Thursday when it is supposed to be 70 degrees here. They are calling for snow here today incidentally.

He says "Oh no, I want to get it out today and get it in to be fixed."

I told him that no, I was not going to be out wrestling around some wet pontoon boat in the snow. See ya later I said.

And that was that.

He looked dumbfounded as I walked away.
