Latley we've had a number of fundies write in to the local papers spewing the regular fundie spiel about how gay marriage will lead to the downfall of our society. Well, I've been looking up their adresses and sending them Tom Tomorrow's History of Marriage cartoon to give 'em something to think about! Today's recipient of Tom Tomorrow's cartoon is David Lee Gauthier, local reich-wing fundibot neocon Bush worshiper. (You NE Wisconsin DUers might be familiar with him)

Maybe when spring arrives in the North Woods they will all go fishing or something and stop obsessing about gay sex.

3. A little story...

We used to have a fundie from just outside Menominee, MI who'd send in letters to the editor constantly. One time, he sent in this letter comparing the ACLU to the Taliban. I posted this letter on the Internet Infidels Message boards along with a nice little vent about this jackass. One of my fellow infidels PMed me saying that this guy's letter was ripped word for word (with some editing for length) from a Joseph Farrah article on WorldNetDaily. After reading a couple more of his letters (he usually had about one or two letters published per month), it became very clear that all his letters were were cut and paste jobs from other fundie columnists' articles (thank Eris for Google). So I basically accumulated the evidence I needed, went to the Marinette Eagle-Herald, the Peshtigo Times, the Green Bay Press-Gazette and the authors of the original articles themselves. To make a long story short, this guy has been permanently banned form having his LTTEs published in all three of the above mentioned newspapers, and he got a huge chunks bitten out of his ass by some of the author's attorneys, and I think Farrah's attorney is considering suing the shit out of him.

8. I heard some more details....

While I was at the bagel shop for a little nosh after my workout today. The guy apparently cut a deal with Farrah's sharks. They won't sue the fuck out of him for plaigerism if he never writes a LTTE to any newspaper ever again.
